Vegan, gluten-free sausage and pulled pork now available at The Herbivorous Butcher!

The Herbivorous Butcher, the first vegan butcher shop in the United States which opened last month to critical acclaim, has announced that they’re now offering gluten-free meats, one of the biggest requests made by fans and customers of the shop.

In addition to the plethora of vegan meats that include gluten, such as porterhouse steak, porchetta and a variety of jerky, The Herbivorous Butcher now has vegan, gluten-free Italian Sausage and Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork, as well as a large amount of gluten-free cheeses such as herbed brie and pepperjack.

(Herbed Brie, Provolone, Brie, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella).

The shop has also announced several new items that do contain gluten, such as their new Cuban Pork.

The Herbivorous Butcher is open every Tuesday-Friday from 10AM to 7PM, every Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, and every Sunday from 11AM to 4PM. . The shop is located at 507 1st Ave NE in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    Please open one here in Vancouver, we need a chain of this all over in this country of meat eating non vegans. They need to start tasting what is really good food rather than dead bodies who suffered all their short and miserable lives.
